On February 27, in Moscow Kirsan Ilyumzhinov had a working meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the Russian Federation Pham Xuan Son. During the meeting they discussed the development of chess in Vietnam and the cooperation between the Government of Vietnam and the World Chess Federation.
