FIDE President at Alekhine Memorial Print

On April 20 the International Chess Super Tournament dedicated to the Memory of Alexander Alekhine started in Paris. FIDE President participated in the Opening Ceremony held in the Louvre Museum. The organizers of Alekhine Memorial offered a special tour around Louvre for participants and guests of the tournament. The museum was not overcrowded and the guests had excellent opportunity to enjoy the masterpieces of Louvre. During his visit to Paris President Ilyumzhinov visited the premises of the French Chess Federation and met with the President of FFE Diego Salazar.
