Brazilian Chess Federation President and Vice President of Americas of the International Federation - CCA GM Darcy Lima was with ODESUR President and President of the Paraguayan Olympic Committee Lic. Camilo Perez this Sunday 05/20/2018 in Asuncion, Paraguay. The purpose of the meeting was the delivery by the CCA Vice President GM Darcy Lima of the Chess letter to became a sport in the South American Games in 2022 to be held in Paraguay organized by ODESUR. The South American games are the most important event of the Olympic cycle in South America. In the photo we see Odesur President ODESUR President and President of the Paraguayan Olympic Committee Lic. Camilo Perez receiving the letter from the hands of GM Darcy Lima President of CBX and Vice President of the Americas of the International Federation - CCA. The meeting was attended also by the President of the Argentine Chess Federation Ing. Mario Petrucci and the President of the Paraguayan Chess Federation Ronaldo Zarza, also a member of Paraguayan Olympic Committee.
