Pearl Spring 2008 winner qualified for Bilbao Final
The decision was reached during today's meeting of the Grand Slam Association in Wijk ann Zee, Netherlands. Tian Hunguey, the Executive Director of the Chinese chess federation, presented the government's 5-year guarantee for Nanjing Pearl Spring tournament.
