FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in Moscow |

From 3 to 7 February 2009 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Moscow, by the International Schools Chess Union (ISCU) and the Russian State Social University, under the auspices of FIDE. The Seminar took place in the hall of the Russian State Social University, in Moscow. The Lecturer was IA Panagiotis Nikolopoulos (GRE), Chairman of FIDE Arbiters Council and Assistant was IA Eduard Dubov (RUS), General Secretary of ISCU. 56 people from Russia, Moldova and Kyrgyzstan participated in the Seminar and 50 participated in the examination test. The following nineteen (19) succeeded in the test and will be awarded the title of FIDE Arbiter after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board: Moiseev Anatoliy (RUS) 92%, Kravchenko Vladimir (RUS) 89%, Matsenko Elena (RUS) 88%, Ahmetov Artem (RUS) 87%, Savchuk Vladimir (RUS) 85%, Ivanov Alexander (RUS) 82%, Vashurin Artur (RUS) 82%, Gartung Oleg (RUS) 82%, Izrelyants Karen (RUS) 82%, Lobach Pavel (RUS) 81%, Golosya Mihail (RUS) 81%, Konkova Liliya (RUS) 80%, Grachev Yury (RUS) 80%, FA Goncharova Natalia (RUS) 80%, Tsepennikova Tatiana (RUS) 80%, Kuznetsov Alexander (RUS) 80%, Borisov Sergei (RUS) 80%, Bolshakova Svetlana (RUS) 80% and Babkina Tatiana (RUS) 80%.
