FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in Managua, Nicaragua Print

From 25 to 29 April 2009 a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was organized in Managua, Nicaragua, by the Nicaragua Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Seminar took place in the building of the Nicaragua Chess Federation with participants from Nicaragua.
The Lecturer was IA Jorge Vega, Continental President of Americas and the Assistant was IA Santiago Garcia.
6 people participated in the Seminar and in the examination test that was held after the end of the lectures.
The following five (5) succeeded in the test and will be awarded the title of FIDE Arbiter after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:

Espinoza Zavala Felix Alberto(NIC) 94%, Sanchez Espinoza Eneo Francisco(NIC) 85%, Bendana Guy(NIC) 82%, Avellan Gerardo(NIC) 81% and Moraga Obando Pablo(NIC) 81%
