FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in San Pedro Sula, Honduras |

On June 20-24, both inclusive an Arbiter Seminar was held in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, according with the FIDE guideline.
The assistance was 14 persons, all Hondurian from which two achieved the FIDE Arbiter title according with PB instructions.
The Seminar covered all the requested matters and was conducted by IA Santiago Garcia, Mexico.
CCA covered with the airfare and honraries and the National Federation provided allocation and meals for the lecturer.
