FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in San Salvador, El Salvador |

On June 25-29, both inclusive, an Arbiter Seminar was held in the National Olympic Committee, San Salvador, El Salvador, according with the FIDE guideline under the aegis of Zone 2.3 President.
The assistance was 9 persons, all very capable, from Guatemala, Ecuador and El Salvador from which 8 achieved the FIDE Arbiter title according with PB instructions.
The Seminar covered all the requested matters and was conducted by IA Santiago Garcia, Mexico.
CCA covered his airfare and honraries and Zone 2.3 provided allocation and meals for the lecturer.
