FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in Fermo, Italy |

From 4 to 6 September 2009 a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was organized in Fermo, Italy, by the Italian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE. The Lecturer was IA Werner Stubenvoll (AUT), Councilor of the FIDE Arbiters' Commission and Assistant was IA Franca Dapiran (ITA). 9 Italian National Arbiters participated in the Seminar and in the examination test that was held after the end of the lectures. The following four (4) succeeded in the test and will be awarded one norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
Gerhard Bertagnolli (ITA) 81 %, Michele Gisolini (ITA) 80 %, Stefan Hellweger (ITA) 80 % and Alessandro Tempestini (ITA) 80 %.
