FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in Gladenbach, Germany |

From 5 to 8 November 2009 a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was organized in Gladenbach, Germany, by the German Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE. The Seminar took place in Gladenbach and the venue was the Schlossgarten Hotel. The Lecturer was IA Werner Stubenvoll (AUT), Councilor of the FIDE Arbiters Commission, Co-Lecturer was IA Klaus Deventer (GER), Councilor of the FIDE Arbiters Commission and Assistant was IA Juergen Kohlstaedt (GER). The lectures (16 hours in total) were in German language. 25 National Arbiters from Germany and Austria participated in the Seminar and in the examination test.
The following seventeen (17) succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
