FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in Antalya, Turkey Print

From 17 to 21 November 2009 a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was organized in Antalya, Turkey, by the FIDE Arbiters' Commission in cooperation with the Turkish Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Seminar took place in Antalya, during the World Youth Championships 2009 and the venue was the LIMRA PARK Hotel.
The Lecturer was IA Werner Stubenvoll (AUT), Councilor of the FIDE Arbiters' Commission and Assistants were IA Guran Unal (TUR) and IA Selcuk Buyukvural.
The lectures were in English language.
16 National Arbiters from Turkey, Belgium and Bulgaria participated in the Seminar and in the examination test.
The following ten (10) succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:

Antoaneta Stefanova, Bulgaria - 92 %
Huseyin Yeten, Turkey - 80 %
Fatma Yilmaz, Turkey - 80 %
