A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized within 25-28 of February 2010 in Pamplona, Spain, by the Spanish Chess Federation (FEDA) and under the auspices of FIDE.

The venue of the seminar will be Hotel Villava in Pamplona.

The Lecturer of the seminar will be IA Jesus Mena (ESP), member of the FIDE Arbiters' Commission and ASEP.

The language of the Seminar will be Spanish.
