A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized within 22-25 of March 2010 (during the World Amateur Chess Championships) in Skokie, IL, USA, by the North American Chess Association and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the seminar will be the Holiday Inn Hotel, in Skokie, Illinois.
The Lecturer of the seminar will be IA Stewart Reuben (ENG), member of the FIDE Qualification Commission and Rules and Tournament Regulations Commission and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Sevan Muradian (USA).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
