Two International FIDE Seminars in Singapore |

Two International FIDE Seminars started off well in Singapore, as part of the Singapore International Chess Festival 2009.
The FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is being lectured by three elite International Arbiters: Mr. Ignatius Leong, Mr. Thomas Hoe and Mr. Osric Mooi.
And concurrently, a FIDE Trainers’ Seminar is lectured by Seminar Leaders FIDE Senior Trainers Mr. Jovan Petronic and Mr. Efstratios Grivas.
