A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 2 to 5 of February 2010 in Moscow, Russia, by the International School Chess Union (ISCU) and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Moscow State Social University.
The Lecturer of the seminar will be IA Eduard Dubov (RUS).
The Seminar will be in Russian language.
