FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in Elista, Kalmykia Print

From 16 to 18 January 2010 a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was organized in Elista, Kalmykia, by the Chess Academy of Kalmykia and the Chess Federation of Kalmykia, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer was IA Igor Vereshchagin (RUS) and Assistant was IA Arkady Vasiliev (RUS).
The lectures were in Russian language.

29 National Arbiters from Russia participated in the Seminar. The following five (5) succeeded in the examination test that was held after the lectures and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:

Erenjiev Igor (RUS) 95%
Gradinar Petr (RUS) 90%
Bembeev Ochir (RUS) 85%
Gasandaev Ivan (RUS) 82%
Doglaev Arslan (RUS) 80%
