FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in Tripoly, Libya Print

From 22 to 25 February 2010 a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was organized in Tripoli, LIBYA, by the Libyan Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Hassan Khaled (EGY), member of the FIDE Arbiters' Commission and Assistant was IA Khaled Elnami (LBA), President of the Libyan Chess federation.
Observer was Mr. Nizar Elhaj, FIDE Vice President.
The lectures were in Arabic language.
41people from Libya, Egypt and Algeria participated in the Seminar. The following ten (10) succeeded in the examination test that was held after the lectures and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:

Abulhul Tarik (LBA), Benotman Abu-E Ali (LBA), Durar Fathi Mohamed (LBA), El Abani Ali Selah (LBA), El Ghadamsy Mohamed (LBA), Elburki Fawzi (LBA), Elfelow Khadijah (LBA), Ftiees Salah (LBA), Shabash Abdullatief (LBA) and Shweirf Abdulbaset (LBA).
