FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in Pamplona, Spain |

From 25 to 28 February 2010 a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was organized in Pamplona, Spain, by the Spanish Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE. The Lecturer was IA Jesus Mena (ESP), member of the FIDE Arbiters' Commission and Assistant was IA Nerea Mauleon (ESP). The lectures were in Spanish language. 14 National Arbiters from Spain participated in the Seminar. The following eight (8) succeeded in the examination test that was held after the lectures and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
