A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized within 13 - 16 of March 2010 in Derna City, Libya, by the Libyan Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer of the seminar will be IA Hassan Khaled (EGY), member of the FIDE Arbiters' Commission and Assistant will be IA Khaled Elnami (LBA), President of the Libyan Chess Federation.
Observer will be Mr. Nizar Elhaj, FIDE Vice President.
The language of the Seminar will be Arabic.
