Dear chess friends,

With the previous FIDE Arbiters' Commission's Circular Letter from May 2009, you were kindly requested to send to the Commission your proposals for the classification of your FIDE (FA) and International Arbiters (IA) to Categories (A', B', C' and D'), according to the approved REGULATIONS FOR THE CLASSIFICATION OF THE ARBITERS (see: FIDE Handbook, B.05: “Regulations for the titles of Arbiter”, paragraph 8, Annex 2).

Unfortunately until now the FIDE Arbiters' Commission has received no answer from you.

In the Halkidiki FIDE Congress the initial lists (which included Arbiters from 80 Federations and where your Arbiters had not been included) were submitted by the Commission and discussed in the Executive Board. It was decided that the final lists will be submitted in the Khanty Mansiysk FIDE General Assembly for approval.

Thus you are kindly requested once more to send your lists to the Commission, so that your Arbiters to be included in the lists.

Your lists shall be sent to the Arbiters' Commission subcommittee, consisting of the Chairman Panagiotis Nikolopoulos, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , the Secretary Dirk De Ridder, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and the Councilor Werner Stubenvoll, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , who will check the Federations' proposals regarding the classification of their Arbiters, produce the lists of all the Arbiters (from all federations) of every Category and present them at the next FIDE Congress, for the final approval.

The new deadline of the lists' submissions to the FIDE Arbiters' Commission is 30 May 2010.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

With best regards
