FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in Tashkent, Uzbekistan Print

From 26 to 29 March 2010 a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was organized in Tashkent, UZBEKISTAN, by the Uzbekistan Chess Federation, under the patronage of the Asian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Ashot Vardapetian (ARM), member of the FIDE Arbiters' Commission and Assistant was IA Husan Turdialiev (UZB), President of FIDE Asian Zone 3.6.
The venue was the "Le Grande Plaza" 4-stars Hotel.
The lectures were in Russian language.
19 Arbiters from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kirgizstan, Armenia and Uzbekistan participated in the Seminar.
The following eight (8) succeeded in the examination test that was held after the lectures and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:

Abdukhalikov Abdukakhkhar (UZB), Khamrakulov Oybek (UZB), Tashkhodjaev Akram (UZB), Turdialieva Tahmina (UZB), Davydov Dmitry (KGZ), Nazarov Anvar (TJK), Yunusov Ilhom(TJK) and Hakobyan Yervand (ARM).
