FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in Guadalajara, Mexico |

A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized within 13-17 of May 2010 in Guadalajara, Mexico, by the Mexican Chess Federation (FENAMAC) and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer of the seminar will be IA Jorge Vega (GUA), Americas' Continental President and Assistant will be IA Jose Martinez (MEX).
