A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 2 to 8 August 2010 in Goncalvez City, State Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, by the Brazilian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Antonio Bento (BRA), Technical Vice President of the Brazilian Chess Federation.
