FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in Paris, France |

In 29 and 30 May 2010 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Clichy, Paris, FRANCE, by the French Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Stephen Boyd (FRA) and Assistant was IA Laurent Freyd (FRA).
The venue of the Seminar was the Hotel Europe (3*) in Clichy.
The lectures were in French language.
28 National Arbiters from France and 2 from Azerbaijan participated in the Seminar.
The following fourteen (14) succeeded in the examination test that was held after the lectures and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
