A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 17 to 20 November 2010 in Rijeka, Croatia, by the Chess Federation of Croatia and Chess Club “Rijeka” and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturers will be IA Vladimir Sacotic (MNE) and IA Sava Stoisavljevic (SRB).

The Seminar will be in English language.
