A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 11 to 14 November 2010 in Oppenau, Germany, by the German Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The venue will be Wasserfall Hotel (www.waldhotelhauswasserfalloppenau.de).
The Lecturer will be IA Klaus Deventer (GER), Councilor of the FIDE Arbiters' Commission and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Jurgen Kohlstadt (GER).
IA Werner Stubenvoll (AUT) will be Observer and Co-Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be German.
