
From 3 to 5 September 2010 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Satu Mare, Romania, by the Romanian Chess Federation and under auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar was the city school “Grigore Moisil”.
The lecturer was IA Igor Vereschagin (RUS), supervisor from national federation was IA Radu-Catalin Chirila (Rating Officer for Romania), assistant of the lecturer was FA Dinu-Ioan Nicula (Deputy Rating Officer for Romania)
The Seminar was organized parallel to a chess festival.
The lectures were in English language, with translation into Romanian.
The following eight (8) succeeded in the examination test that was held after the end of the lectures and will be awarded a norm for the FIDE Arbiter title, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
