A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 2 to 5 February 2011 in Moscow, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE (during the 2011 Moscow Open International Tournament).

The venue of the Seminar will be the Russian State Social University, W.Pik Street 4, Moscow.

The Lecturer will be IA Andrzei Filipowicz (POL) and Assistant Lecturers will be IA Eduard Dubov (RUS) and IA Igor Vereschagin (RUS).

The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
