A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 18 to 22 February 2011 in Odessa, Ukraine, by the Ukrainian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Andrzej Filipowicz (POL) and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Oleg Tovchyga (UKR).

The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
