From 29 November to 5 December 2010 the second Internet based FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was held, organized by the Confederation of Chess for America in cooperation with the Chess Federation of Costa Rica, and under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer of the seminar was IA Santiago Garcia (MEX).
The Lectures were presented through a web-conferencing platform and lasted for 32 hours.
Eight (8) Arbiters from Costa Rica attended the seminar on Internet.
The following three (3) succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
