From 8 to 12 December 2010 a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was organized in Buenos Aires, Argentina, by the Argentina Chess Federation and under auspices of FIDE.

The lecturer was IA Marcelo Hermida (ARG), FIDE Lecturer.

11 arbiters from Argentina participated in the seminar.

All of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

The following eight (8) succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter and after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
