A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized by the Arab Chess Federation in cooperation with the Saudi Chess Club, from 1 to 5 of February 2011, in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer of the seminar will be IA Mahdi Abdulrahim (UAE), Councilor of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission.

The Seminar will be conducted in Arabic language.
