COLOMBIA 3rd Internet based FIDE Arbiters' Seminar Print

From 24 to 30 January 2011 the third Internet based FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was held, organized by the Confederation of Chess for America in cooperation with the Chess Federation of Colombia, and under the auspices of FIDE.

The lecturer of the seminar was IA Santiago Garcia (MEX).

The Lectures were presented through a web-conferencing platform and lasted for 32 hours.

Fifteen (15) Arbiters from Colombia attended the seminar on Internet.

The following four (4) succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:

Damian Perez Arroyave (COL)

Carlos Arturo Fonseca Pinto (COL)
