PERU 4th Internet based FIDE Arbiters' Seminar Print

From 1 to 6 March 2011 the 4th Internet based FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was held, organized by the Confederation of Chess for America in cooperation with the Chess Federation of Peru, and under the auspices of FIDE.

The lecturer of the seminar was IA Santiago Garcia (MEX).

The Technical Organizer was Dr. Milton Iturry Quinonez (PER).

The Lectures were presented through a web-conferencing platform and lasted for 28 hours.

Ten (10) Arbiters from various cities of Peru attended the seminar on Internet.

The following four (4) succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:

Hernán Christian Olarte Bravo (PER)
Edgar Freddy Velasco Laque (PER)
Ernesto Ramos Cortez (PER)
