A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 30 June to 4 July 2011 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, by the Malaysian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Ignatius Leong (SIN), FIDE General Secretary and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Bunawan (INA).

The language of the Seminar will be English.
