A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 5 to 8 July 2011, during the "Volga Cup" Tournament, in Kostroma, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Alexander Shaab (RUS), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers will be IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS) and Andrey Beletsky (RUS). The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
