A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 30 July to 3 August 2011 in Hong Kong, by the Hong Kong Chess Federation in cooperation with the Hong Kong Junior Chess and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Ignatius Leong (SIN), FIDE General Secretary and FIDE Lecturer and Co-Lecturer will be IA Casto Abundo (PHI), Deputy President of the Asian Chess Federation and FIDE Lecturer.

The language of the Seminar will be English.
