The Chinese Chess Association is going to organize a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in Shenzhen, China, from 8 to 13 July 2011, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Ignatius Leong (SIN), FIDE General Secretary and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers will be IA Jhu Jiaqi (CHN) and IA Tang Jianming (CHN).
