FIDE ARBITERS' SEMINAR in Belgorod, RUSSIA |

A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 1 to 4 November 2011, in Belgorod, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Oleg Tovchyga (UKR), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers will be IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS) and FA Alexander Ivanov (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
