A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 25 to 29 September 2011 in Dubai, UAE, by the UAE Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturers will be IA Ignatius Leong (SIN), FIDE General Secretary and FIDE Lecturer and IA Mahdi Abdulrahim (UAE), FIDE Arbiters' Commission Councilor and FIDE Lecturer. Assistant Lecturer will be IA Sultan Al Taher (UAE).

The venue of the Seminar will be the Leader Qualification Centre in Dubai.

The language of the Seminar will be English and Arabic.
