A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized on 2, 3, 4, 9, 10 and 11 December 2011 in Lisbon, Portugal, by the Portuguese Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Carlos Oliveiras Dias (POR), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Portuguese.
