The Singapore Chess Association is going to organize a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in Singapore, from 26 to 31 December 2011, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Ignatius Leong (SIN), FIDE General Secretary and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers will be IA Osric Mooi (SIN).

The language of the Seminar will be English.
