FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in Moscow, Russia |

A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 1 to 4 February 2012 in Moscow, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Russian State Social University in Moscow.
The Lecturer will be IA Andrzei Filipowicz (POL), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturers will be IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS) and IA Artiom Akhmetov (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
