It is with very great sadness that we have learned that Nathan Divinsky, a Canadian mathematician, chess master, and chess writer has passed away at the age of 87. He succeeded the late John Prentice as Zone 2.2 President and served for many years as a FIDE Delegate of Chess Federation of Canada.
