A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 28 September to 1 October 2012 in Avellaneda, Buenos Aires, Argentina, by the FASGBA, in cooperation with the Argentina Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Marcelo Mariano Hermida (ARG), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Spanish.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
