FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in La Habana, Cuba |

The Commission for Women’s Chess in cooperation with the Cuban Chess Federation is going to organize a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar only for women, in La Habana, Cuba, from 14 to 18 November 2012, under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be La Habana Sports Center in La Habana.
The Lecturer will be IA Serafin Chuit Perez (CUB), FIDE Lecturer.
The lectures will be in Spanish language.
