A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 2 to 6 June 2013 in Osh, Kyrgyzstan, by the Chess Federation of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Ashot Vardapetian (ARM), FIDE Lecturer. And Assistant Lecturer will be IA Husan Turdialiev(UZB).

The language of the Seminar will be Russian.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
