A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 5 to 8 February 2013 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, by the Saudi Arabia Chess Federation, in cooperation with the Asian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturers will be IA Sultan Taher (UAE) and IA Hesham Elgendy (EGY), FIDE Lecturers.

The language of the Seminar will be Arabic.
