A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 22 to 24 March 2013 in Manila, Philippines, by the Florencio Campomanes Chess Academy in cooperation with the National Chess Federation of Philippines (NCFP) and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Casto Abundo (PHI), Asian Chess Federation Deputy President and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Edmon Prado (PHI).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
