The Brazilian Chess federation is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters' Seminar, from 15 to 25 April 2013, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Antonio Bento (BRA), FIDE Lecturer.
The Assistant Lecturer will be IA Elcio Murao (BRA).
The Technical Organizer will be GM Darcy Lima (BRA).
The lectures will be in Portuguese language.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
